All activities of the VCHC are governed by our Memorandum of Association and Rules of Association. These documents, which were submitted at the time of incorporation, can be modified only with the approval of the Registrar of Co-operatives.
Policies are set by the Board of Directors in response to the direction of the members, must be consistent with the Memorandum and Rules and can be modified by a motion of the Board, which can be initiated by any member.
